Jan Thibodeau, ABC, Vice President, Consulting, Global Novations, will serve as moderator of a panel discussion featuring four Diversity & Inclusion experts. She brings more than 20 years of organizational development experience helping clients helping clients such as American Greetings and Fortune 500 companies in the financial and pharmaceutical industries implement Diversity & Inclusion strategies.

Panelists:

  • Renita L. Jefferson, Director of Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion, American Greetings. Renita has aligned a multi-year Diversity and Inclusion strategy to instill the value, “We care about people and treat them with respect.”
  • Demetrai Mitchell, Director, Diversity and Inclusion, Raytheon Company’s Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) business. Demetrai is responsible for directing a strategy that cultivates an inclusive environment across IDS.
  • Greg Morris, Senior Consultant, Global Novations. Greg’s expertise includes global and multicultural teamwork, intercultural communications, inclusive recruiting, and non-traditional diversity such as communication style.
  • Thomas L. Saltonstall, Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Bunker Hill Community College. Thomas has a strong track record in diversity initiatives and civil rights advocacy. With a student body representing 97 countries and speaking 75 languages, the college is one of the most diverse in New England.
