Webinar: Gamification 101 @ Online
Dec 1 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Employee engagement is a hot button issue in today’s global economy. A recent study by Deloitte showed that while 87% of the 3,300 participating world leaders said that lack of engagement is their top issue, only 60% said they have an adequate program to measure and improve engagement, and only 7% rate themselves as excellent at measuring, driving, and improving engagement.

In this webinar, internal communications expert, Allan Steinmetz of Inward Strategic Consulting, will discuss a hot trend in employee engagement, gamification. This technique has been used with great success across a number of industries to engage employees and teach desired behaviors in a fun and social way.

Engaging a Mobile Workforce @ Webinar
Aug 24 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

From boomers to millennials, an unprecedented four generations now work side-by-side at most U.S. companies. In just four years, more than 72 percent of these workers will be mobile, tethered to their employers by little more than a smartphone. Against this backdrop, it is clear that employee communication strategies must evolve to accommodate and service a diverse and scattered workforce.

This webinar will explore the role of mobile technology in the workplace, the impact of managers and leadership on employee engagement and the effect both of these have on communications. We’ll take a close look at how communicating and new methods of distributing information is needed to cater for the modern employee through case studies and an analysis of recent survey data.
